Which rail to pick
The supplied build lists JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank scan. Use the one already in your name. A friend’s wallet is a common reason a later withdrawal stalls.

Amounts sit between a stated minimum and maximum. Type a figure inside that range. Finish the payment in the official wallet or banking app the screen opens, not in a chat.
When the balance stays at zero
The in-app figure can lag a few minutes after JazzCash or Easypaisa shows success. Refresh the wallet once. If it still sits at zero, keep the transaction ID and open in-app support with a screenshot.
A bonus banner is not the same as cash. Extra credit often has wagering before it can leave. If you have not signed in yet, go to login first. New accounts start at register.
Keep the slip
Save the reference number until the balance updates. That number is the only proof you have if a top-up hangs. Do not send money to a personal account someone pastes in WhatsApp. The deposit screen should open a known wallet flow.
