Contact Us
Questions, corrections and takedown requests about p999 Guide are welcome. Please read the second half of this page first — a lot of the mail we receive is meant for someone else.
How to reach us
Email is best, especially for anything detailed: contact@p999guide.pk. We read everything, though we cannot promise a reply to every message.
You can also find us on:
These are the only channels we operate. Accounts using our name anywhere else are not ours. We will never message you first to ask for a password, a one-time code or a payment, and neither should anyone claiming to represent us.
What we can help with
| Topic | How we can help |
|---|---|
| Corrections | If a statement here is wrong or out of date, tell us what it is and, where you can, how you know. This is the most useful mail we get. |
| Missing context | Questions the guide should answer but does not. |
| Rights and takedowns | If you hold rights to material used on this site, or are the operator of P999 Game and object to something published here, contact us and we will deal with it promptly. |
| Accessibility | If any part of the site is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard or magnification, we want to know. |
What we cannot help with
This is the important part. We do not run the P999 Game app. We have no access to it, no account tools and no contact with whoever operates it.
| Request | Why we cannot help |
|---|---|
| Account recovery | We cannot reset passwords, unlock profiles or recover accounts. |
| Deposits and withdrawals | We cannot find missing deposits, release withdrawals or reverse transactions. |
| Bonuses and codes | We cannot apply bonuses, supply invitation codes or honour promotions. |
| Downloads | Use the Download button on the site for the affiliate link. We cannot email APK files or recover a broken download for you. |
| Legal advice | We cannot tell you whether using the app is lawful where you live. |
If you have money involved, contact the app's own support channels from inside the app itself, and your payment provider if a transfer has gone wrong. Be wary of anyone who approaches you offering to recover funds for a fee — that is a well-established follow-up scam aimed at people who have already lost money.
One request
Please do not send us passwords, one-time codes, screenshots containing your account number, or payment details. We have no use for them and no way to act on them.
